With a very strong focus on customer service Internal sales is a key role within our Northampton branch.   Reporting to the Branch Administrator you will receive incoming customer calls and manage the sale or customer enquiry utilising the Companies  computer system.  You will provide support to the external sales force to ensure branch targets are reached.  With training you will gain a good general knowledge of Airchannel's product range by working closely with our suppliers to understand the product and thereby increasing sales in specific areas. Part of a small friendly team you will develop leads on our client database, follow Company procedures, and ensure customer's demands are met at all times. As a Trainee we will work with you to develop the knowledge required.
